WHAT TO BRING
Bring any estate planning documents you want your attorney to review and determine whether your beneficiary structures and health care wishes are correct and the provisions of the documents reflect current Utah law.
A PERSONALIZED PLAN
From the information you provide him, your attorney will review your goals and discuss the best strategy for you to achieve those goals. You will leave the Consultation knowing the basic framework of your estate plan and how it all works together. You will also know what to expect from the planning process, including next steps. You will have your questions answered and understand the path you will need to take in order to meet your Estate Planning goals.
WHAT TO EXPECT
This FREE Consultation is a conversation in which your attorney will ask you questions to learn more about who you are, your family, your finances and your estate planning goals. A couple of the questions he will ask will be whether:

(1) you own real estate, and
(2) you have assets of $100,000 or more,
Knowing answers to these and other questions will help him anticipate any problematic issues, so he can help you plan around them to protect your family from probate.
WHAT YOU WILL GET
Once you have agreed to the plan, we will put together an Estate Plan portfolio that will contain all the documents unique to your personal situation that will be necessary to help you avoid probate. Completing your estate plan will give you peace of mind knowing you and your family are protected from probate.
